Hello this was sunset today. I am with some friends here and am a very lucky person.

Meanwhile the Atlas had already taken an AC-20 to the chest. But I was closing in on the Hunchback and going internal in a location or two when... It headshotted my Atlas with its AC-20. We called the game there, partly so @lowbeyonder.bsky.social could go buy lottery tickets. A great game anyway.
Sadly fewer miniatures, with mine clustered together by the map edge and theirs spread out across more area.

But soon, @lowbeyonder.bsky.social found a rooftop for them to hide on, and they peppered my forces while I dealt with the more immediate threat of the Hunchback and Cyclops. Things were going not-horribly for me when... an AC-20 headshotted my Grasshopper.
The miniatures are clustered more closely together, showing several good lines of sight on the Cyclops, if my Grasshopper hadn't just had its head removed.

Since @lowbeyonder.bsky.social and I are in the same city now, I cajoled them into a game of tabletop Battletech, as we had done in days of yore. Admittedly I lost all those games, but this time would be different, surely! Pictured, the board as our forces emerged into the city map we picked...
