I had two knee surgeries this summer. Saw surgeon within a couple weeks of referral. Surgery within three weeks. Two follow-ups. Total cost. Not kidding. $12 for parking.

Would it be better if the lines had to adhere to county lines? In Canada they generally adhere to city/town lines unless the area is too big then they are bound by major roads or natural barriers
