I wonder what Barnaby Joyce and all the other foes of wind farms would have said about all these poles and wires. Ugly? Or very useful, so get over it?

This ~50yo Le Creuset pot contains caramelised pieces of purple onion and ripe nectarine. The onion was tossed with olive oil, brown sugar, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and seasoning, roasted at 165C for 25 mins, fruit folded in and roasted for another 20. To go with barbecued pork chops tomorrow 😋
