are you keeping track of the number of pedestrians that trip and fall due to uneven and undermaintained sidewalks? OB cant/wont enforce snow clearing of sidewalks when thats the LCD of all active transportation. But but bikes....sigh

I'm glad he did as I dont want a 6 floor apartment building looking into my backyard. Instead its changed to townhouses which is a far better fit and more likely to be in demand for aging in place within your community.
