I've taken flags down and painted over them without incident, and I know many others have done the same. If I want clickbait and depressing sensationalism I'll read the mainstream media, thanks.

You keep regurgitating mainstream media hysteria around migrants in hotels (with no attempt at covering the migrants perspective) and give disproportionate coverage of the limited number of violence against people taking flags down.

I love Richard Murphy and Mr Pecksniff, but the reporting on flagging has caused me to unfollow Bylines accounts and cancel my subscription to Bylines Network.

Yup, they're a small team so the supply chain might struggle to keep up sometimes. Not sure what other alternatives there are out there, but always worth looking.

So (like a lot of people who saw @frame.work as an ethical choice) I'm looking for an alternative. Fortunately, there's a option in Star Labs Systems, and their excellent StarBook 7 (starlabs.systems/pages/starbook), cheaper than the equivalent Framework laptop, made for Linux, and it looks great!
