I'd like too but that's exactly how Russia and the West see it. The Russia sees itself with BRICS and the West sees Russia as a non western enemy.

As for pretending West is all culture implying Russia isn't, that's nonsense, some of the greatest minds and literature have come from Russia. I don't favour Russia or the West. But balance is important.

Of course Russia would say it's Nato aggression against Russia. Western mainstream media doesn't give a balanced analysis. Before Russia invaded, the western media had many articles condemning rising fascism in Ukraine. Russia invades and suddenly they're saying Ukraine is angelic.
