This happened to me during the lockdowns. Essential oils like thyme and frequent moisture really helped. Hope to improves for you.

Usually signs of neurodivergence. I’ve learnt this from working with children having strong aversions to certain textures. I’m similar but with the appearance of certain foods 🤢
