Unfortunately, the current consequences for rape are probation or 2 or 3 years in jail. Totally inadequate and unjust! And, rapists are incredibly difficult to rehab; a huge percentage reoffend. A dude in my city just got 5 years for his 4th rape and that included the kidnapping of 2 of his victims.

True, but the sentencing has to change. More women judges? The reasons they give for lighter sentences, are ridiculous. It's no wonder women rarely report. They get treated as the perp, instead of the victim. When I started dating, my father taught me no means no.

Nothing 30-40 years in prison won't fix.
