The BCSSA Fall Conference highlight for me last week had to be Andy Hargreaves encouraging each and every #bced systems leader to be a buffalo. In fact, be a herd of buffalo. When a storm is brewing, buffalo don't try to outrun the storm or hide from it. They turn into the storm. A timely message.
