The marmot! This is my favorite of the animals included in Cascadia: Alpine Lakes. Their whistles are amazing, and I once had a lovely whistling conversation with one in the mountains out here.

Whether or not RCV results in a Cuomo loss, It's hard to make an argument that RCV is doing anything but improving this election.

And yet this sort of manipulative punditry exists and sometimes flourishes. The wonkish author is trying to brand RCV as wonkish!
