I'd say the one that is more comfortable to you! Both are great, unclothed is more mouthwatering but having the chibis be that instead for the other variant is more subtle together with a full body clothed one that can be more expressive and detailed :3

I really do mean this stuff even if I'm just a recent thorough follower of your art and someone who commissioned you from the past!! i love seeing how people improved on themselves throughout the years and where they came from and I like being that second opinion someone may need sometimes 💜
