They are the team with the fewest possession in the league and face the second most SCA (big praise for the defence because it´s the second lowest SoT% of the league).
Also Arce, despite not being a huge GK (185cm) he has a great ability to stop crosses, great thing, as they face the most.

Whenever I see a young serbian defender going to a top league, I can´t avoid getting excited😁

I kinda think that he has like a synergy with Michel, I hope that he performs like last season because he is a very compromised player and Girona are gonna need him so much

I can´t agree more, Muniz is in the middle of the spin when Chalobah puts his foot and Muniz steps on it... you can´t consider that a foul.

Need to talk about that King "goal", this kid is something else.

Playing for Barça Atletic in Primera RFEF you could see he was way ahead of that level.

To conclude this thread, I´ve created this graph to summarize Van Hecke´s distribution numbers along this Premier League season which helps understand JP profile as a Centr-back and how he can be a great signing for many top clubs.
Thanks for reading through, any advice is more than welcomed.

Brighton often relies on their CBs to make progressive carries into midfield or on Baleba dropping deep to receive and advance the ball. They also exploit highly vertical wing players, whose pace and dribbling allow them to drive into the final third and create danger from the flanks.

He has proven to be one of the best distributors on his team and in the league, excelling in ball progression and chance creation and his percentile rankings show that; which offers Brighton multiple options to advance up the pitch and establish possession in the opponent’s half with ease.

When compared to two top-class defenders from Manchester City, he displays a similar statistical output and even stands out in aerial duels.
With top clubs already showing interest, he’s definitely a player to watch this season — which could very well be his last one playing for the Seagulls.

I also think that teams such as Liverpool or Bayern, given their current CB depth, should consider him — he has the skillset for a team like that and has been established at the top level for some time now.
Going a step further, Bayern could go not only for him but also for Verbruggen.
Thoughts?
