All of these actions were in gross violation of the core principles of foreign policy, dating back more than two centuries. All the way back, dated to the Monroe doctrines. And the Monroe Doctrine is a big deal, but we've superseded it by a lot, by a real lot. They now call it the Donroe doctrine.

The life expectancy in the US is 78.4 years. We have grandma and grandpa with one foot in the grave in congress. They are selfish, self-serving, and will never care about anything but fattening their own wallets. They have sold all of our children's futures for chump change and a gilded coffin.

The Great Leap Forward stemmed from multiple factors, including the purge of intellectuals, the surge of less-educated radicals, the need to find new ways to generate domestic capital, rising enthusiasm about the potential results mass mobilization might produce, etc. hmmm. Sounds familiar.
