Having a very annoying bug with nextcloud's desktop app and MacOS apps.
I think I have proven that Nextcloud is rounding modification times to the closest second but getting any dev attention on the issue has been hard.

Did Apple already switch Siri’s text to speech and speech to text over to Gemini? Cause Siri sounds like crap and STT has a strange spining icon I’ve not seen before

I noticed the TTC publishes a json verison of current service alerts:

$300k at most for the trail and enhancements? I'd expect the rest is just acquiring the property. Here's the kicker: the City sold the in 2012 for $145k (almost $200k now adjusting for inflation). So the property owner's profiting about $2 million off of a short-sighted divesture of public property.
