Maybe it’s because the watercolor brings a unique flavor to your usual style. Maybe it’s because the subject is captured in a rare moment of being rather than striking a pose, performing an act, or hypnotizing/being hypnotized. Either way, it’s different and that’s not bad.

When they pan to the Chao in the crowd before the race starts, in the middle is a Chao in a chinese zombie outfit. The Chao has white face paint and red dots around the mouth, so it’s not like that’s Hsien-ko.

Pan/Simisage (Speak No Evil), Sudowoodo, Eevee especially if it was like Chloe’s from the anime or the Let’s Go starter, Mimikyu, Voltorb/Electrode, and Meditite/Medicham (just because calmest of the primary fighting types IDK also didn’t want to double dip types).

L’arachel and Timerra immediately come to mind. Awakening Anna since Tricksters are already clown adjacent design wise. Serra would be good for a karmic payback route.

When used with a second Mindslaver, you can effectively take control of your opponent for the rest of the game once your first Mindslaver is in effect. Given hypnotism is Sasha’s specialty outside of clowning and gaming, it seems appropriate.

Blue-Red. Blue’s whole thing is control but there’s one red card, Goblin Welder, that pairs well with Mindslaver, an artifact card that lets you take over the other player, as in you see their hand and play their turn.

Also figured out that the robot hat was the reward for catching the robot birds (just gotta pounce immediately. Don’t aim; they react if you do). Now I have all the hats, but the game says I only have 55/56?

Now to just figure out how to get that hat. Speaking of, there’s a bug in this update (and it’s not Beetle). After getting some of the new hats, the Capped Crusader cat-chievement reset; it now reads (Current hat count - 42)/42 and is no longer marked as complete.

Ooooooh, so that’s how you’re meant to snag them. I managed to get one without the hat and was convinced that they’re just really difficult to snag otherwise.

I’m not asking for the perfect politician; that person does not exist. Not even AOC or Crockett are perfect. However, there are far better role models than some “centrist” pretending to be blue and throwing blue values away if it means he might get more votes. More Mamdanis, less Newsoms.

I like the more traditional spherical red and pink noses too. That said, there’s a whole world of clowns out there with their own noses, makeups, and outfits; and variety is the spice of life or so it’s said. It’s fun to experiment, and it’s not as though the tried and true are going anywhere.
