Mine specifically is lowered by exactly 3 tier 3s not being counted. They are shown in my sub spreadsheet you can download, but twitch is not displaying the sub points total correctly AND saying I only have 6 tier 3s instead of 9. I am very worried about hitting my third month of plus again...
