I've had that happen - but this was very much, the CC button on my Android was greyed. Couldn't choose from the 'PLAY MOVIE' screen - but when I went to desktop, all the options were there and working fine so I cast from there. Tried the same movie on multiple servers.. it was weird.

So please, voted on government officials who oppose what is going on right now - go back to work and announce how wrong it is and be hushed up and ignored.
