If I may: This is how I unload the silverware from the dishwasher when my wife is away. Three observations:
1)my method does lack a certain aesthetic. BUT
2)I can find the pieces as fast, if not faster, than using the organizer.
3)the unload time for me is .43s, vs 2m47s; over 99% more efficient.

This will end up being a 10 hour fire. Don’t tell my wife, but I intend to install a crane and trammel system and then blacksmith my own hearth trivets.
