Parents forget this but yes your kids are yours but they also belong to the community. Everybody around you is impacted by how you choose to raise your kids. Your family, neighbors, when they go into society at school, work, sports, programs.

It’s always interesting to me how other people can see harmful impacts of stuff to kids but the parents can’t. Like do you become a parent and just all of a sudden lose the ability to see? Lose common sense?

Call it a heist, call it a coup, but please stop calling it a constitutional crisis. Aside from being useless as an explainer to anyone who doesn't understand the legalities, it severely downplays the danger in what is happening.
