This is not a partisan issue. This is a constitutional issue. Donald Trump was not elected to lead our country into war without congressional approval.

Characterizing it as a police action does not absolve congress of its responsibility to restrain the executive branch from making war without congressional consent. The administration's declared intent to invade other countries only reinforces the need for congress to take action.
