The triangles count up to this point. My mesh is near 1% of the total in the viewport including the base sculpted model. Insane.

Slightly late but I learned how to more properly connect edge loops. The topology of this one is very experimental and I don't expect it to be good, but I'm not in love of one single project. I'm so happy with all I learned up to this point so I'll produce masterpieces one day!

I woke up at 3am and decided to just go live with a retopo session on stream earlier. Progress is that now I covered the tail and connected with the back leg!
