A joy to lead my first Holy Communion at St Michael’s, Flixton, this morning—made even more special by wearing these beautiful robes, a leaving gift from the wonderful St Richard’s, Wythenshawe. Bought in Rome, worn with gratitude.

Little Rocco walked the length and breadth of Heaton Park today with his Uncle Nick. I don’t know who was more tired him or me? He was a little wary of this lion though and to be honest I don’t blame him.
