But!!! Both C major and A minor are relative keys. Both scales and chord families contain zero sharpe notes or flat notes, so in a weird round about think like John Coltrane way, yes they can be the same song. You will just have to mess with the melody.

No, but they could be with some clever rearranging. Both can be in 3/4 time which helps the vocal phrasing. If "Grace" is in the key of C major, it starts on chord C, up to G7, up Am, down to F.

Where as "House" starts on Am, up to C, up to D, up to F.
