Tesla's nav system tries to force you onto main highways, no matter what you do. Having owned both a Model 3 and now a 23 Ioniq 5, I agree, the software in the Ioniq 5 is kinda trash. I do like the overall drive experience though.

I have windows 11 and it was initially supported. I cannot update to 24h2. I'll eventually get a newer machine, keep windows for gaming and editing and run Linux on everything else.

My biggest issue with switching 100% to Linux is I film videos using a canon DSLR and have to use v42l loopback in a script to get the camera to be recognized when windows automatically recognizes it. The downside to sticking with windows is I don't have hardware that can update anymore.
