I had a Barostim implanted yesterday. Immediately I had less SOB. We’ll see what happens overtime. I may even attempt a longed walk today.

I was approved yesterday to get a Barostim. I’m optimistic and excited to have it implanted in a couple of weeks.

I’ve known of it for about a year but insurance was not covering it (Medicare). In November Medicare approved paying for it. Thus I’m proceeding.
