I am the wildest dream of my Femminielli ancestors. A carrier of the Public Universal Friend’s torch. I am proud to be who I am, to be an out genderqueer trans person despite my government’s desire to exterminate me. #TransDayOfVisibility

I need you to look at this. Don’t look away. Our government snatched these men off our streets with little to no evidence that they were members of a gang, with no criminal history beyond a DUI, and shipped them to a concentration camp in a different country against the orders of the federal court.

This man just did a make-a-wish in the middle of the State of the Union. He cut childhood cancer research. This man is a monster.

Gotta admire the truly old school energy of shaking your cane angrily at a man intent on overturning the democratic order.
Rep. Al Green (D-Texas) just heckled Trump, standing up, shaking his cane at him and telling him, “You don’t have a mandate!” Republicans almost immediately drowned him out with “USA, USA, USA” chants. Green has left the chamber.

The congress members taking the moment as seriously as it is.

More Democrats should be walking out. The purpose of this session is for the President to lay out his agenda for the Congress, but this asshole is just lying and listing all of the ways he’s circumvented the authority of Congress.

Did any one see what the sign was that a congresswoman was holding as Trump walked down the aisle? Who was it and who snatched it and threw it away?

I don’t think I ever fully understood how living through the AIDS epidemic until the last month. To sit in a room full of queer joy, and have this voice in the back of your head wondering who isn’t going to make it to the other side of this impending holocaust.

I wonder if there’s a correlation between the #MeToo movement and anti-trans legislation. An intentional switching up of the narrative from men with power are a threat to women, to trans women are a threat to women. Legislators wouldn’t do anything about our rape culture so they found a scapegoat.

Welcome back… 🤢
This morning at Dept of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) HQ in DC as mandatory return to office began, this video played on loop for ~5 mins on screens throughout the building, per agency source.

Building staff couldn’t figure out how to turn it off so sent people to every floor to unplug TVs.
