Kid is so young and possibly never makes it. Realistically if coaches say he looks great in practice, then they need to see him in games and let him figure it out.

If the coach that says teams fail young QBs not other way around is the one pulling the strings, I am inclined to trust him.

I'd be concerned about suggesting brain injuries aren't real or that players fake them. NFLPA has fought hard for player protections and I'm not sure this argument is good for players health and ability to say they are hurt long term.
