They aren’t wrong… rads gets very overwhelmed and understandably so with the onslaught of imaging requests from the ED, but important to remember a lot of imaging is driven by consultant requests.

#AJEM paper: Interesting retrospective study suggesting that geriatric patients with sepsis and anemia should have a transfusion goal of at least 9 g/dL. Tons of limitations of course given the nature of the study-- curious what y'all think for an RCT?
