Again, it’s not much of a debatable case, and accusing me of slandering someone because I have the audacity to call them trans is TRANSPHOBIC. If I called a prominent cis woman cis it wouldn’t be slander. Only when I call a BEAUTIFUL TRANS WOMAN trans!

“The mistake” and the charges were never regarding the claim that B.M. was born male. It was erroneous secondary reporting about doctored photos and such.

If you look into the reporting by French journalists (in French and English), it’s pretty solidly established. The Macrons lost their defamation suits in France already.
For the record, I am trans and think the First Lady should celebrate her identity! Hiding it is transphobic.
