We were that. We found one another in state groups, made friends, lobbied our senators and reps and made what noise we could. We were very active trying to get Ned Lamont elected to the senate over Joe LIEberman.

Haven’t heard from her or about her in years so I don’t know how she is. But most of us are still fighting the good fight.

Jane closed down the site long ago. She had battled cancer and couldn’t keep it all going.

Catch on? We were more progressive and active than most of the blogs out there. Radical even. I’m proud to have been part of it. Many “alums” can be found in the comments section of emptywheel.

It’s a feature, not a bug. No one seems to want to point out the genocidal intent of it all.

Just my opinion, of course. . . .

And how does that get enforced?

Aren’t presidents immune for doing illegal things as official duties? SCOTUS said so. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I stopped listening to NPR when they got on the Iraq war bandwagon. Long ago!
