In an early episode of Sherlock, he deduced that someone was an alcoholic from the scratch marks around the power port on a new phone.
I think about that each time I try and plug my iPad in to charge overnight, down the side of the sofa, with the too short power cable.

Lol, (legit) online identity system needing to verify my passport via webcam: "There's reflective glare in the image, please more somewhere else".
Have you seen the new passport page? It's made of plastic with holograms all over, all it does is reflect light in every direction!
