Old Mac? Not yet worthless. You can still run the latest version of Ubuntu on a 2012 Mac.

Ohh boy! I’d almost weaned myself off caffeine. But had an event tonight and they had free coffee. I had three cups. It’s going to be a long night.

Had a fun little dinner last night talking some Doctor Who.

I’m trying. For maybe the fifth time. It gets a bit better each time. But I still can’t quite get down with the Web Planet.

Okay, it’s one of those days where you go home for a really late lunch, take your hat off and accidentally put the wrong hat on going back to work and realize it 4 hours later. I think I offended at least four customers before I realized it.

Unsurprisingly this is my evening viewing.

Well it’s been and old school day. I finally had enough of Windows at work and moved the last vestiges of my workflow back to Mac (with a little VM on a few essential apps), picked up my bass guitar for the first time in a year or so and now am now more deaf that usual. Wear ear protection folks.

Just got my first new Mac in over a decade and holy crap it rocks. Novabench at 3300. Mac Mini A4 Pro. And at $1300 it blows the pants off most of the gaming builds I usually build for more than twice the price.
