Progress on "arbitrary mocap to arbitrary rig" tool. Only looks good because this is a simple anim and rig-- I didn't solve any industry wide problems, but I did solve *me* problems.

Need this tech for the big upcoming project with @jeffpennington.bsky.social's art soon!

Any thoughts on what height is conducive to low spec tilemaps?
Looking at pics of Solstice they appear to skirt the issue of perspective by never making a level that runs into the problem.

My rigging students have moved very fast this semester, so I'm exposing them to "interesting prop cases" as some bonus content.
We made this one last night.

Props can be very peculiar to rig sometimes.
