Does anyone have any tips to defeat Ansems third form? I keep getting him down to the last hp bar but he always wipes me out, im lvl 61 and using the oblivion key blade

I do understand the VA strike and everything, but I’m a little disappointed the recent sumeru event, I was really excited to hear the sumeru cast again we haven’t seen them in a while but again like what happened with the new archon quest they are dead silent and today the strike ended. #genshin
