Anyone know what this EEPROM writer is, or who make its, it was shown In "Nintendo's Revival of the Video Game Industry. December 1988" (YouTube ). Masahiro Ishizuka writes an EEPROM with it and then slots it into a NES cartridge. Looks like its either Pro5-80 or Pros-80, Would love to know more!
