I feel you, been there a few times myself. But also you don’t have to have other people validate your interests if you find them interesting yourself, If it makes you happy after all.

Shit’s hard in this day and age, like you I follow the news -a lot- to get an idea if shit’s going down, but it is also -exhausting- as well.
Given stuff that is going on, one can’t forget to give oneself some tlc too.
