Done all I can feasibly do without spoilers in RuneScape Leagues Catalyst! Had a good time, managed to do a lot of stuff I missed out on my main. Final task was completing Duck Quest as it should be.

I was severely dissapointed when they added polar bears to Minecraft. Felt like it was the opposite of the vanilla vibe. Then over time, that new vibe that wasn't vanilla became vanilla and now with things like rideable happy ghasts it's pretty clear:

But Ish's "Minecraft Civilization: Rich vs Poor" might singlehandedly be the best youtube video of all time and was a better experience than 99.9% of movies.

Visual Identity might be the most undervalued aspect of a videogame - both conciously from devs and subconciously from its players.
The industry just prefers meshing together into an unrecognizeable blob, or relying on IP to carry everything else.

I enjoyed the Sonic Movie. I was always dissapointed it didn't feel Sonic enough though.
Having seen Sonic 2 now I can confirm; this movie does translate the spirit of the games very well! By being absolutely terrible.
