I remember offering to take a friend to Costco. They didn’t have a car, and couldn’t carry bulk purchases on their bike. I offered to buy them some bulk product, and they said, “where would I even keep it in my tiny apartment?”

The more money you have, the less you have to pay for things.

Yeah, it can be a lot. Learning is the best, though! It takes a lot of resources for a brain to function, though. This is why studying can be exhausting. It takes the same toll on you that exercise does. There are some neat books that teach how to study better, and they’ve helped me learn new stuff!

Inconceivable!

Is the upper d-pad so you can play Tate style games? Cause that would be incredible. I’ve never actually played one.

You invented flavored headphones?

lol, sorry dude I was being silly. I know it’s related to Ghosts n Goblins, I’m just bein’ a goober. Awesome artwork as always! You do such a great job of translating stuff to pixel art.

Turns out the real Time Crisis was the time crisis we had along the way (not having enough free time, that is)

This is great! Somebody should do a pixel art platformer based in this world.

How are you playing this online? Is it on PC, or are you using a Netlink on an original Saturn? I’ve heard of people modding it somehow and getting their Saturns online. I’m very intrigued by this!

Love that hoodie! I used to work at a second hand story like that. I miss things about it.

It should just go backwards by like, a minute every X amount of miles, so that only along specific longitude is it an hour apart.

Amazing wordplay

Man, I really hope everything is okay. Dolly is a saint. She gives away amazing books to every kid for free for years. She provided a ton of money for covid research. She does so much for her region. I’m from the area, and there’s not a soul in the south that doesn’t love her.

They gave him an adorable kangaroo, the only thing that was missing from Bomberman.

I think it’d be really, really funny if all non-Christians just hid all day tomorrow.

When I was thinking this over earlier, Hot Fuzz was one of the first to come to mind. I’m in good company!

I feel this. It’s hard to find a community. At best, you can dip your toe into several for different things, but even that’s tough. I have a few wonderful friends, but not much in the way of larger community. It’s hard to even socialize sometimes because I’m just not into many things.

And even that is completely ignoring all of the problematic things surrounding it. Even if you take it at face value, and don’t have an issue with theft and everything else wrong with it, the best you can hope for is that nobody else is doing what you are doing.

That’s the truth though, isn’t it? Like, it’s pitched as this automatic thing anybody could use, so the only marketable appeal to being “good” at it, is that you’re hoping your audience doesn’t know how to do it too. Or that you know some magic prompts to get the best results. It’s ridiculous.

Yeah, I recently picked up a kid’s book about Yokai, not realizing it used genAI for illustrations (and probably text). I refunded it. If they can’t bother to actually write and illustrate it, I’m not going to bother looking at it or reading it. Also, parts of it were outright wrong, unsurprisingly.

That pseudo 3D effect went unmatched for like, 20+ years. It looks so much better than it has any right to.

Very sorry for your discomfort but that’s legit a very cool start to a sci-fi storyline.

I am very, very, very ignorant of photography and its terms, but for some reason, I always thought of shutter speed as the speed in which the shutter is closing. Is that silly? Again, I know nothing about cameras (for now) but that’s just what conclusion my brain came to when I heard “shutter speed”
