Yeah does feel like a cash out. Over $1M per employee and I would think 50% of employees have not vested yet so the average eligible employee is probably selling way more.

I suspect there is nothing incriminating on Trump but he is protecting other wealthy people whose exposure will lay bare the Trump world pay for play corruption.

Couldn’t agree more. She represents her state and if the carveouts remain then she did her job. We always give the centrists a harder time for some reason.

Have to disagree on this…the reason why Silicon Valley business folks moved right is due to folks like Lina Khan in the prior administration applying some limits to their power. Also Biden in particular was pretty pro-union which ended up causing an issue with Elon not being invited to an EV summit.
