We have lots of Redtail Hawks that circle overhead above our north Phoenix neighborhood. I’ve never seen one that is white. My wife thought maybe a falcon? Can anyone ID?

We have lots of hummingbirds visiting our feeder. This is the first time I’ve seen one sitting her nest.
