Quick introduction. I am 60, from Texas, gloriously retired (since 2013) and live on the beach in the Philippines.I am a disabled vet and was a single dad for oh, so many years. I may be an old fat white dude, but I am as liberal they get. My posts will be about whatever I feel like at the time. 😎🍹🏝️

Do M&Ms seem duller colored than they used to be? Almost looks like you can see the chocolate through the coating. I do not approve... 😎

I just saw three posts about xmas... and I wondered why so many people are posting late. Did you know it is December and not January? I have been retired, and on the beach, far too long ha ha 😎🍹🏝️

Damn, here we go again. Always on laundry day. On the way home with my laundry, a mid-20s lady offered to carry my laundry, or call a motorcycle to take me to the hospital.This is mild tremors,I am just trying to get home before the real seizure starts. Talking makes me much worse ha ha😎 #disability

I hate to see America crumbling... but by the time we break free of the American taliban, BRICS will be running the world. I hope China does a better job than we did.

When I got my diagnosis, the doctor made me talk to mental health before leaving. They wanted to make sure I would not do anything rash, I suppose. The counselor seemed impressed with how well I was reacting. She obviously does not understand chronic pain and disability... (Sorry it continues)

Chronic pain is exhausting and isolating. Quite often you do not look as bad as you feel, so people do not understand. Your quality of life becomes so abnormal.
