Christ Follower - Seeking his kingdom through love - Rejecting earthly kingdoms of hate
I've had so many unfinished textbooks. It's skewing my average time to read.

How can so many people be so blind to reality?
Oh, they're blinded by fear and hate.
So many people are missing the real threat in leadership, because they're focused on a perceived threat created by that same leadership.

Can't forget this...

And the 2025 collage.

Finished my graduate certificate up and admittedly took a little bit too much of a reading break.

I've almost finished my graduate certificate. Soon I can set a better reading routine.

But let's be honest. I may just end up playing more video games.

Getting back on track! It was a busy month!

School reading and preparations for teaching made this an interesting month. The most pages read this year, but still only finished the books.

I've gotta get back on track. There's a lot of unfinished books in this month's reading.

Another busy month of moving. We're settled in a bit more now, but I need to adjust to this new schedule.

May was move month. Checking out at my old unit and a cross-country drive to my new one.

DNF'd Hegseth's delusional garbage book in here also, so that's fun.

Finishing out the LOTR trilogy again was great for the drive, though.

April has been busy. May is probably going to be busier.

I gotta keep the momentum, but I keep reading some emotionally heavy books.

I love how doing this on my phone brings up a string of images underneath the text... ALL OF WHICH SAY GULF OF MEXICO.

I am loving Ground News' factuality check.

11% mixed factuality, 89% low or very low.

Translation: lies and deceit.

Today's evangelicalism preaches bitterness toward un-believers and bottomless grace for church-going Christians.
Yet the New Testament model is exactly the opposite. Stressing strict accountability for those inside the church and abounding charity to those outside it.
