I had just picked up a fella in hospice who had appeared to pass from heat exhaustion (Vegas heat) in his low end apt which his neighbors said the landlord continuously ignored the tenants’ requests to fix AC units throughout the complex. Sickening.

He was mummified within a 5 day period. :(
