Introduced our puppy Scoops to the pool for the first time today, he's a big fan - even if it took some convincing to get him into it at first. #twoscoopsplease

Done! Since this is a test batch, they're going into plastic cups to hand out for taste tests.
Cheesecake cranberry parfaits in plastic cups, the two in front have a drizzle of cranberry on top, while the back two (on either side) are covered completely. The back middle container is filled with 1/2 inch square shortbread cookies.

Doing a cranberry parfait test batch before the family get together. Finished the cranberry part and now on to the rest!
Cranberries simmering in a pot with orange juice, sugar, and orange zest. A lovely red tart cranberry compote that's been puréed and strained into a smooth spread/jam texture.
