First I think Citizens United decision should be reversed and strict , ENFORCABLE limits should be imposed.
Having said that, I think that 'buying elections' is an euphamism for 'ignorant voters'. This belief of mine places me in a dilemma. Among which is a (now shaky) belief in democracy.
