On a recent road trip, decided to start listening to Podcasts (normally I just listen to tunes) and boy oh boy, “American History Tellers” captivated my attention the entire time. Always reminds me just how long people have been racist for 🤦🏻♀️ and how much history gets repeated 🙃 10/10 recommend

I went on a hike yesterday and it was lovely to see people just being people. Saying, “hello” as they walked by. People of all different backgrounds enjoying the great outdoors. I highly recommend going out into nature if and whenever you can. It’s quite healing! 💚
