I’m no law scholar but how has the government not been sued for racial profiling? It sure seems as though they show up to places that are frequented by brown people. Has anyone ever seen them produce a warrant?

Part of me believes these cuts are targeted at blue states as a form of retaliation. I wouldn’t be surprised if red states were mostly left untouched.
