Love Houseki no Kuni, tcgs, Ace Attorney and niche stuff in general. Hope you have a good day. He/him
You never did the guest episode for 2021... It wouldn't feel fair ending it with just one more episode left for perfection :(

Where did you get that the theme in 4 was friendship? Friendship and social links are the foundation of all persona games from 3 onward. Persona 4's theme is clearly about truth. It was a little lighter in tone than 3, but even then the last months of the year in persona 4 have a dire atmosphere

The most unique part about p3p imo is how most of the social links are just about very strange/weird people. Making you question if "is it worth it spending my time with them?" which plays perfectly with the theme of doom. And party members being too busy to go in dungeons is cool asf realism

This is so interesting. I also played the persona game backwards, but every time I played the next one I loved that game even more.

Like I also played persona 3 portable (femc route) and I just loved the mood, story, characters and especially the social links

Gorgeous artwork. I'm really happy that Utena helped you too :)

Oh I thought they were removing the game because they used to use ai for coding, even if now they don't- didn't realize all the art assets were made with ai. Honestly good for them, hope they can make some cool games in the future

I'm a casual elestrals player and mostly observe from the outside. But, wouldn't it be better to just do a rollback of the most egregious hits and slowly chip away at the problem cards? Looking to see if there's still more to explore in the format- rather than just sending an immense banlist?

Don't worry lmao. I think your original post is a good starting point for a conversation

I totally understand you. People shouldn't pile spaghetti code on top of spaghetti code, just because social media tells them "you can make it good later though". Especially given how many devs don't have a good foundation of programming; like many of them wouldn't even know what version control is
January 10, 2026 at 3:32 PM
In general people should be refactor, or even completely rewrite, their code in the early stages. It's more important to get things started, and get a feel if you're on the right track. But I agree with you that, once you're done experimenting, you should implement it well
January 10, 2026 at 3:16 PM
That's why branching exists in version control imo. You try a first attempt at implementing a feature, get it working good enough, and then you rewrite it from scratch integrating it better in the codebase and with better practices in mind. It's not possible for everything though

That said I hardly think he got any of that shit lmfao

And Jimmy is on record saying that during those "saying x 10000 times" videos he used to watch anime in the meantime (he says he watched naruto this way). So I think that the timeline lines up pretty well for him watching that show in a period where it'd give you bragging rights(2/2)
January 10, 2026 at 1:25 PM
I can believe he watched that. For a while, in like 2014-2017, it was a brag to watch that show because it was regarded as "the one cool show that if you're a true anime fan you've watched". (1/2)

I concur especially for Void stranger and Baba is you

You should play some fighting games if you love the mind game aspect so much. Game one you play like the safest zoner out there, using all of your defensive options to make sure that you have an attrition game with your opponent; game two you just rushdown in their face

I really like the dub of the PC version, but the DS one is a completely valid choice. Hope you enjoy 999 :)
