It's really messed up. I was in the same room as two other people and we all were in the "waiting room" before the start time of the queue. One person got a 27 min wait in the queue, I got a 59 min wait, the last person? Waited over 3 hours.... Makes absolutely no sense.

I would say he should be ashamed of himself but I don't think anyone in that administration is ashamed of themselves.
