After peeking it looks like Lain hasn’t done one in a while, but Mahiro still does her zatsudans that way from the looks of it. Another one I realized is actually Subaru from HoloJP, she has a whole segment telling stories from her day, and even has a rough EN outline with it

I am not aware of any EN vtuber that does style of thing unfortunately. I don’t watch them too often but I believe Yukishiro Mahiro (and to some extent Lain Paterson) from NijiJP do regular streams along that line.
